In Denmark, a hotline service and a public portal with an additional FaQ section, provides information to schools on a daily basis. On the homepage, the institutions are urged to check the website regularly. The ministry published online guidelines for school leaders, teachers and parents that contain instructions on how to create online classrooms and keep hygiene and a safe social distance in school openings.

Publishers made online content available, as well as Microsoft /Google. Schools with Uni login, a digital ID used by students, parents and teachers to get access to the national educational services, are covered in terms of GDPR.
